New Features:
  -The size of the map file is now much smaller, and so download and load times will be greatly reduced! ^_^
  -Player 2 (blue) Can now type -PC to enable creep spawns for players who leave(disabled by default now)
Class Changes:
  -Mage:
     -Fixed a bug that allowed Mages to equip Draconian Deflector.
     -The Frost Nova tooltip says how much damage it does now
  -Paladin:
     -Purify has 100 more range
     -Retribution Aura damage increased
  -Rogue:
     -Removed the cooldown on Sinister Strike and Eviserate
  -Shaman:
     -Lightning Bolt has a reduced cooldown and costs less mana
  -Warlock:
     -The Imp's Fire Shield now says fire instead of electricty
     -Fire Shield can now target air.
     -Undead Warlock tooltip is fixed.
     -The tooltips on all Warlocks now correctly say "Summon Imp" instead of "Rain of Fire"
     -Imps will have Phase Shift on by default.
  -Warrior:
     -a rune no longer appears when warriors attack, or are attacked.
     -Thunder Clap damage increased
     -Heroic Strike damage increased
Items:
  -the effect from Noggenfogger Elixir is removed after 1 minute
  -Armor now gives a +0.03x damage reduction instead of +0.06x
  -Right Claw and Left Claw items are not "imba" anymore.
General Changes:
  -Orc Rogues now look better
  -adjusted the durations of certain levels of certain spells.
  -Players no longer take reduced damage from spells(aside from their armor value)
  -Fixed an easily exploited memory leak that caused unintented gameplay issues.
  -All spells(except for the melee ones) have +50 Range
  -Fixed a bug that allowed Warlocks, Mages and Priests to equip some items that they normally shouldn't been able to
  -Changed the Basic tooltip of the Orc's racial ability
  -AI Creeps have -5 health
  -Ranged red/green units have the same ammount of damage
  -Red and Green creeps will now move the same speed(which has been slightly lowered)
  -Ironforge Mountaineers attack more like Rifleman now
