New Features:
-The size of the map file is now much smaller, and so download and load times will be greatly

-Mage:

-the effect from Noggenfogger Elixir is removed after 1 minute

General
Changes:
-Orc Rogues now look better
-adjusted the durations of certain levels of certain spells.
-Players no longer take reduced damage from spells(aside from their armor value)
-Fixed an easily exploited
memory leak that caused unintented gameplay issues.
-All spells(except for the melee ones) have +50 Range
-Fixed a bug that allowed Warlocks, Mages and Priests to equip some items that they normally shouldn't been able to
-Changed the Basic tooltip of the Orc's racial ability
-AI Creeps have -5 health
-Ranged red/green units
have the same ammount of damage
-Red and Green creeps will now move the same speed(which has been slightly lowered)
-Ironforge Mountaineers attack more like Rifleman now
